SPA ETIQUETTE

The Spa is an oasis of tranquility. Please respect the right of privacy and quiet of other spa guests. We require guests refrain from the use of cellular phones, iPods and pagers.

PROMPTNESS

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment. Arriving late for your reservation will deprive you of precious spa treatment moments. Your treatment will end as scheduled. Late guests are responsible for full service fees.

SPA CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to other guests and our technicians, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation and rescheduling.  Please note: If appointments are not cancelled within 24 hours, unfortunately, you will be responsible or deprived for the full amount of the appointment.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are greatly appreciated. For your convenience and courtesy to our technicians, a spa gratuity guideline is provided and may be modified at your discretion.
