**Booking Appointments:
Effective on December 1, 2011 we moved the start times to 10 o’clock at both the Sacramento and San Francisco Studios. We had a very high percentage of no shows for the early start times. Also in San Francisco the last scheduled appointments are at 5:30 PM Monday through Saturday.
We will accommodate the overflow by opening up 2 Sundays a month in San Francisco and with all 5 rooms going, we will be able to set aside an additional 60 Sunday appointments per month. In Sacramento we opened up an additional room so there are 8 rooms going daily and we have a 9th room for overflow. We will also be opening 1 Sunday a month in Sacramento to accommodate the over flow. The release on the Sunday rooms will be opened up on Tuesday January 3rd, 2012..so yes there are appointments available in January.
Also remember with 9 rooms in Sacramento and 5 in SF, starting everyday at 10 o’clock there are always no shows and cancellations, so try calling around 11:00am if you want to try and get in same day.

Cancellations:
Remember as a courtesy to ESEA and knowing our volume please give us the courtesy of calling 24 hours before your appointment to cancel. If you do not call to cancel we will have to deduct one from your package. Thanks for your help on this issue...
